Fallbrook Woods provides memory care for those who do not require nursing level care. Memory care is all we do. Our staff is totally focused on the needs of persons living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with skill and compassion they promote the mental, spiritual, social and physical well-being of the resident. The whole person is served.

Nestled in Portland’s North Deering, our well-maintained facility feels homey yet is light-filled and spacious. It is a safe and secure place. We truly provide a full life for those in need of memory support.

The staff strive to see the world through the eyes and senses of the person with memory loss. We focus on an individual’s interests, rituals, routines, capabilities and lifestyle preferences.
